Steve was friendly, clear and helpful whenever I had any questions and his description on how to access and find the property. The area was private, quiet and great location for nearby towns and beaches. The property was clean, comfortable and homely. Would recommend.

Steve’s place was just what one needs to escape the city. If you’re in the look out for a cozy home in Newquay, look no further! The only regret I have is not having spent enough time at the property as it has everything you can think off and much more. It’s a 10/10 from me and my friends!

Enjoyed two nights in this holiday home. Clean and well decorated with a private balcony out front. Great location for Padstow and beaches. Host was friendly, helpful and all instructions clear.
